Anniversary Celebration

The Frantz Fanon University Community (including students, faculty members, parents, and friends FFU) celebrate the University's First Anniversary on 22 December 2015. After Dr. Hussein A. Bulhan reviewed FFU's history, challenges, and future plans, parents and other speakers expressed appreciation and pleasure at the quality of education students obtain at Frantz Fanon University, comparing it  to local universities of which about a half of currently enrolled  students transferred in groups to Frantz Fanon University. They also complemented the FFU's administration and faculty members at how the university rapidly grew in only a year, gaining reputation for excellent management and high quality of education, despite the limited tuition fees students pay.

Drama on Quality Education

Students of Frantz Fanon University presented a drama they acted on the theme of Quality Education. Those who watched it enjoyed the acting and the message of the drama.

Community Health Assessment

The 3rd Year Medical Students of Frantz Fanon University conducted under the guidance and supervision of their professors community health assessment for both adults and children in the town of Abaarso on 31 December 2015.

Community Health Service: Learning by Serving

The 4th Year Medical Students of FFU under the guidance and supervision of their professor treated  adults and children in the town of Abaarso on 21 January 2016. The students and FFU contributed the money with which the needed medicine was bought and distributed.

Awards to Two Student Writers

Two graduates students of Frantz Fanon University, Abdulhamid Mohamed Abdilahi and Abdisalan Sulub Mohamed, were awarded Certificates of Recognition and Appreciation for each of them writing and publishing a book during the academic year of 2015. FFU faculty members and students are determined to write publish in the future at least two books each year since one of the key functions of a university is not only to teach and benefit from existing knowledge but also to contribute to the production and dissemination of knowledge.
